free adminship

hi all. I am talking abou next month june. I want to have more server admins in zp.
the last few days I was sitting around for 5-6 hours in the game.
and I saw only 4 admins online..
I will pay one of the new guys who work hard on the server for 3 month basic admin..
I will pay for it from me that helps me...I noticed 1-2 people report for hackers..
and I will ask the current admins, please give a chance new players, 1´-2 rounds dont slap slay kick when dont try.
maybe not know rules..

yes, i think its good to get someone who also active on the server but i hope that new guy also knows and will follow the rules.
